Pairing suggestions:
This is a wine that, although it improves with food pairing, is very enjoyable on its own. Dishes where the refreshing acidity of Encostas do Enxoé can be a good match at the table are a safe bet. The most obvious examples are Peixinhos da Horta, or other vegetable tempuras, garlic shrimp, seafood, sushi and fresh salads. Making the most of its creaminess and elegance, this wine can also be paired with grilled white fish.
