Pairing suggestions:
A well-balanced wine that can be paired with a wide range of delicacies and dishes, Encostas do Enxoé is a great example of an Alentejo wine. As such, we suggest pairing this wine with generous cuts of fat from grilled pork, beef or even lamb. Wide-cut smoked meats and dishes with warm spices such as cinnamon and cloves can be a pleasant surprise when paired with this wine.
