More Information about Red Wolf Jump
Varieties:
Aragonez, Touriga Franca and Alicante Bouschet
Tasting Notes:
Nose : Clean, fruity and inviting to taste. Aromas of ripe red and wild fruits stand out, such as strawberry, sour cherry and blackcurrant, followed by a fresh herbaceous note of rockrose. Subtle notes of spice and light vanilla reveal a brief aging in second and third use French oak barrels, without masking the fruity character.
Palate : Elegant, with moderate acidity, refreshing and silky tannins. The deep warmth of the Alentejo is highlighted by the alcohol present, which gives body and identity to the wine. It finishes long and elegant.
Cellaring Potential : Ready for appreciation, but benefits from 1 to 2 years of cellaring.
Recommended serving temperature:
Elegant and fruity, we recommend serving between 14 and 15ºC.
Pairing suggestions:
Due to its elegance, freshness and simplicity, Pulo do Lobo Seleção can be enjoyed both at the table and on its own. At the table, we recommend tasting this wine with finely cut smoked meats, poultry dishes or leaner cuts of red meat. We guarantee that a turkey or chicken stew in a rich tomato sauce will be a perfect accompaniment to this wine.
