Recommended serving temperature:
Full-bodied, powerful and intense, we recommend serving this wine at 18ºC.
Pairing suggestions:
Intense, rustic and immensely gastronomic, Família Margaça Reserva is a wine that begs to be enjoyed at the table. Although it pairs well with red meats, strong sauces, game dishes and hearty stews, we especially recommend it with well-seasoned oven-baked food. Its spicy aromatic component, lively tannin and notable acidity make lamb, so typical of Alentejo cuisine, the perfect companion for our Reserva.
