Nose: Clean, fresh and very fruity. The bouquet is dominated by tropical fruits, with pineapple standing out, accompanied by citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit in the background. A vegetal touch, with nuances of green asparagus, heightens the sensation of aromatic freshness.
Palate: The fruity sensation intensifies, with Antão Vaz dominating the wine's tropical profile. Full-bodied and comforting, it reflects the typical warmth of As Pias. The tropical fruit, rich sensation and silky texture accompany the tasting until its long finish.

Fresh, aromatic and full-bodied, we recommend that this wine be served between 7 and 8ºC.
Pairing suggestions:
Perfect for a good conversation between friends, we can also make use of the aromatic intensity and excellent body of As Pias, and recommend it to accompany a wide variety of dishes. Baked fish or an omelette with asparagus and fresh herbs would make an excellent pairing with this wine. For the more daring who like white wines with meat, chicken fricassee with lemon and coriander.
