Pairing suggestions:
An excellent example of the generosity of an Alentejo wine, As Pias Tinto is worth tasting at the table. Large-cut pork sausages or your favorite cut of “pica-pau” are great partners for this wine. Try it with spicy stews, where the meat is very tender, such as pork cheeks in red wine or lamb stew, to make the experience even more unique.
